Had a problem with static on the line (frying bacon sound) but only
intermittent.
BT were great (!) They don't guarantee analogue lines for data, but
the engineer spent around 2 hours one Saturday morning, tracing my
line back to the local node cabinet, and finally giving me a new line
in to the exchange. And at no charge.
Pains me to say it but I can't them :)
