Look in the configs in AmiTCP/db/ for access restrictions. There was a
tutorial on this subject in CU Amiga May 96.

It would be better to use LS-FTPd which provides an MUI interface for
managing access, directories, connections etc. It's shareware IIRC and is
not on Aminet. Go to www.cucug.org/amiga.html and look there for it.
