I'm having a few problems with Microdot and mail/news reading/filtering and wondered if anyone else is having the same? 1. When downloading some news articles with attachments the whole system crashes invalidating the hard disk. I think someone has said before that the header info could be to blame.... Why?. This rings true in that, after the HD has validated itself and I return to MD, the offending article again crashes the system until its deleted. 2. Does the filter <<size>> gizmo work as it does not seem to work with news articles this end. 3.Sometimes the main group overview window shows some unread messages that have been read. If you go back into the folder the database seems to update itself and put things right..... not a great prob, but with all this talk of a new NC it would be nice to see these probs sorted first :-) Cheers Kev _____________________________________________________________ NetConnect mailing list.
