I moved from Free4All becuase their e-mail server was ABSOLUITE CRAP.
I took ages for mail to get anywhere. Anyway I swapped to UKOnline
and it was perfect first time. Sorry :)
I'm no expert on PAP stuff so can't help you, only say that it *does*
work.
