I used to get the problem when I had Cgfx3 installed and well.
I can do nothing to prevent it apart from avoid the sites that trip
"Voyager" up.
It is defiantly a problem with V and not CGfx. The same go's for the
hit in MD-2. It is a problem within the program itself.
