Hi Guys.
This is not ment to upset anyone so I will say now before anyone jumps
to it's defence I LIKE VOYAGER! I have used Voyager since I first went on the
net. But can we please get it up to speed? More and more sites are tying their
security to one or two browsers (Banks and others) or Java Script. The whole
point of the Internet is accessibility ANY COMPUTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. The
World Wide Web is fast becoming The World Wide Netscape Explorer. They are
freezing use out more every day, sites that use passwords seem to require that
the browser holds the site ref. in a Java script app. while it checks the
password, Voyager overlooks the Java so when you click on an internal link it
cannot supply the site ref. hence the site assumes it is an illegal request
from outside and sends you back to the front page to register again, and round
and round we go. We are fast losing the race, soon the only sites we will be
able to use will be Amiga sites and some of them are playing the Netscape
Explorer game too freezing use out from our own sites. My poor old Miggy is
distraught doesn't know what it's doing wrong. Please make an old computer
happy again.
The above explanation is an assumption and not based on knowledge of
the actual site working so don't give me a long description telling me i'm
wrong, but I know something similar is happening to cause this.
