The net stuff in OS 3.5 is meant to be basic enough just to get a user onto
the net, that's all. It's not really designed for people already on the net.
Mind you, when I chatted to Jochen at the WOA show, they haven't even
received the net components for OS 3.5 yet, so the initial release might not
even contain these!
