Nope, that's "How to have all your news available to read offline even when
you have the newsreader set to 'read in online mode'" ;)
An even quicker way of doing this is to change the "fetching articles" bit
of Network/News (select Settings/Accounts from menu) to "get both headers
and bodies (Offilne)" - and thus all news items will be downloaded every
time.
