Hi, I seem to be having a lot of problems with speeds and of late when I am IRC'ing and someone sends me a file, it DRIBBLES in at about 300 CPS. I was at my ISP today and he said see if you can increase the window size. Is this possible? Now it just occured to me that the speeds start off great! and quickly dive down to a trickle. As I didn't mention this to him at the time, his suggestion may be wrong. But as a matter of curiosity: How do you do it with Netconnect? Cya! -- Models DO IT beautifully.
