[netconnect] Cookies

I've just tried to get into eGroups to join AFB, but it rejected me
because my "browser did not return a cookie".     I have both Cookies
cycle gadgets set to Accept in Voyager's Settings (Security section, I
think).   Is there anything else I should be doing??
