Hi

I am using genesis to connect (fairly obvious from the title really),
but am trying to set up a smtp daemon and pop3 daemon. I have the smtp
daemon working and I`ll probably get the pop3 daemon working, my
question is this, when using genesis, I have to connect to my provider
(demon) before I can use any services (pinging local host, smtp, pop3
etc) is there anyway to set up genesis to log onto a local (as in an
internal network tat is one machine only) network, to allow the services
to be online all the time, but with no external connections. But still
allow me to connect to demon to pick up e-mail etc, when I want and with
no manual configuration changes every time.

Mark
