According to Tony, there's something good going on and it's
something to do with [netconnect] MDII & Voyager question.

I have Hurl and OpenURL. I can't remember which it is you need, but
basically if I'm online and click and link in MD, it runs Voyager (if
necessary) and visits the link. If V isn't found, it'll try
Aweb/Ibrowse.
If offline, you get the option of adding to bookmarks instead. I
/think/ you want HURL. Maybe both.
