Curiosity killed the cat and all that... I just had to try this out
didn't I? :)

It locked it up sure enough, but then came up with an error request
asking if I'd like to abort the Javascript.  Once I did, it all
carried on smoothly.  I cant emphasise enough how pleased I was that
someone had thought to include that function!  That is the kind of
thing that *really* helps.
