[netconnect] MicroDot not working with Miami anymore

Hello,

I installed CManager 1.6 and now MicrodotII is not working with Miami
anymore. MicrodotII tells me that no TCP/IP stack is running.
IBrowse2/1.22 are working fine, only MDII does not like Miami anymore.
