1. They weren't in NC 2
2. They aren't relevant to NC.

Eh? Most, if not all, of the documentation is the *same* as the normal guide
files. The AmIRC one is, so is mFTP-II, so is Voyager 3, so is Genesis, so
is WebVision, MetalWeb and so on. Also, it's not designed for 'beginners'.
So, where's the difference? I just made the guide's into html files.
