That's the way it's supposed to work!
Use Queue/Send for messages to be sent and Store for messages which
need further work. When you want to send these stored messages, edit
them and use queue or send. In theory, Send is used when you are
online and Queue is used when offline. I think there may be problems
when you switch between online/offline in mid MDII session.
