According to Dan, there's something good going on and it's
something to do with [netconnect] Re: Random Taglines - even easier!.

That's definitely a, if not /the/, problem. I remember when I first
wrote the instructions that I put an extra @ in by mistake (getting
confused with the random header options). Sorry. Just use
s:RandomTag @F
