I tried a new mail with it checked and not, and it did change the label
in the message window.
What I did was; I opened a new message window, and the label said 'Queue', I
opened the settings window and removed the check-mark, pressed 'OK', if I then
close the current message window and re-opened it, the 'Queue' had changed
to a send.

The above only happends when a TCP/IP is not running, that is, when it is
not running or connected. So there does appear to be a problem if a TCP/IP
programme is running even if you are not online; with MD-II just detecting
the programme and not whether it has a connection.

Any confusion came from the fact that there was no indication as to
whether anybody was relatively offline; TCP/IP running, but not connected, or,
truly off-line; no TCP/IP running at all.

  Jules
