You can have sub-sub groups. IIRC, some of my sites were left in the
root of the WWW section. This may be your case as well. Nice and
simple to sort if it is - just drag them into the relevant sub-sub
groups.

I thought the same to start with, but seeing as CM is now a MUI
library (I think!) it doesn't take ages to load from HD like before,
so you shouldn't really notice. Here at least, it works like the old
bookmarks system, but with a nicer interface.
The MD one is a bit different it seems, as you can store /loads/ of
info about your contacts, and choose whatever you need by
right-clicking. Nice.

I think I've misunderstood, but if you mean images flicker, then there
is an option under General settings to use double buffering.
