According to Terry, there's something good going on and it's
something to do with [netconnect] Voyager downloads.

I'm not sure why that doesn't work, but you can get round it for now
until someone comes up with something better by either
a) Right-click on the link, and select "download" ; OR
b) Shift-click on the link.
