Okay Amchat is an ICQ interface. You need to register with ICQ to be
ablble to use it. I did so using STRICQ. You will be given a UIN
Number and you choose a password. If you then look in the STRICQ
settings there is a list of ICQ servers. eg icq.mirabilis.com.
