According to Philip, there's something good going on and it's
something to do with [netconnect] Voyager 3.

This is a compatibility problem with the MUI classes, IIRC. I'm afraid
I can't remember what exactly, but I think if you install pre5 it
should all be okay.

The lib should be in the archive. If it seems to be reporting v12.8
rather than 13 when you do a C:Version, you just need to reboot for it
to work.
