Hi everybody ,
First off , I'm pretty new at all this so if I make
any stupid mistakes please don't get too upset.
Re netconnect I am having quite a few probs with several of the
programs
WEBVISION gurus immediately
V3 (pre 5) the history buffer is totally corrupted and it seems to
fall over alot
MFTPII refuses me access to the aminet (most likely a
problem with aminet itself)
MD2 gurus occasionaly when entering the PRIV group
I am using an A1200 , 8meg ram expansion with fpu , Supraexpress 56e
PRO , and Silversurfer running at 115200 baud .My setup is very slow
for surfing the net but for email and downloading its OK . I am also
waiting on my MUI registration .
Can anyone tell me if
A) There are any system patches/enhancers which are renowned for
causing problems with MUI/NETCONNECT
B)the best init string to use with the above modem I' m currently
using generic .
I have tried deleting and re-installing the software several times
with no real improvement :-(
All help/suggestions greatly appreciated .
