Don't delete anything. Rename anything in ENVArc that you don't want to be
used. If things break it's then easy to restore. Do it with anything you
want to conceal from the system--rename WBStartup as WBStartupX or add a
version number to flienames of libraries etc. Theya re still there abut are
effectively inactivated.
