[netconnect] V=?iso-8859-1?q?=B3?= and Channel 5

Voyager does not seem to like the Channel 5 site http://www.channel5.co.uk

While browsing it 'crashed' with a yellow recoverable (not really) error 0100
0008 task 022E67A8 for those of you who can read these runes.
