Password protected pages don't seem to be cached.
EG: http://www.nytimes.com needs a password to read the articles, download
them to read offline and V won't even let you use "back" and "forward"
Also some form of cachebrowser with abilty to recall, read or delete
individual pages should be high up on the todo list!
