Received Netconnet V3 three weeks ago and still awaiting your reply

Hi Chris,

I have received my update today and have installed the new version.
All the programs work except for Voyager v3, WebVision 2 and Documentation.
these programs crash when I attempt load them,  I'm not sure why this is.
