It could be the server you are using; UNIX-based servers are
usually case-sensitive. Check that all the filenames in your
HTML and your webspace match for case (capitals or not) and
position (are they in the correct directory, and is the case of
the directory-name correct). This can cause the most annoying
problems for anyone, until you find one file with a name "File"
that's referred to as "file" in HTML.
