[netconnect] v3 won't work

hello

I got a copy of NetConnect recently.
Almost applications work fine, but v3 won't work.
I start it from Octopus, it freezes machine then reboot.
Amiga says error 8000 0003 or 8000 0004.
Could you please tell me what is wrong?
