That's totally wrong. Return-Receipt is used to determine if the mail
has reached the destination server via SMTP. i.e. reaching your POP3
mailbox is considered a correct delivery, whether you download it or
not. The recipient shouldn't have to do anything about it, the receipt
should be sent by the SMTP server.
