Colin,
I have been running NCIII and OS35 and have received the same warning
message. However, since downloading Voyager Pre5 I have had no
problems with Voyager nor Microdot II. I think you need to look
further for the cause.
I did get general flakiness with OS35 as a result of setting too high
a MaxTransfer setting on my hard drive. Although it was fine on
WB3.1, OS35 needed a setting of 0xfe00. It would be worth checking
with HDtoolbox to see if you might need to reset this value.
