The simple, and unhelpful, answer is RTFM!
However, to be more helful I suggest that you have a look at the Cost
setting in your Genesis prefs. The details of how are in section 2.6
of the NC3 docs.
The thing I found that was not obvious in this section is that you
can't use the same time twice, ie for today, Saturday, the setting
would be for a band 00:00 to 23:59. If you had entered 00:00 to 00:00
then nothing would have happened; the settings would be unchanged.
Of course you musn't forget to save the settings once you've set them!
