Something must be wrong in your cache settings :) The NetConnect what's new
page has been updated in October, November, and the latest update was
December, where the support page has been updated to answer the questions
of people using NC3, having problems with Voyager and WebVision. And yes,
that's December 1999. This page has been up for almost a month now. I can
only speak for the haage-partner page, haven't tried active.

There are no "service packs" (yet?) for NC3, so they are not announced. You
would have to download the relevant files one by one. (Voyager, MetalWeb,
WebVision).

Sorry, you've misread the page. The what's new section for Genesis ends
somewhere in February, but the what's new section for NetConnect goes all
the way to December.

No flames intended. If you go back to the H&P page, click on the Netconnect
link labelled december 99, click support, you will find what files to
download and where to find them. It did get me up and running.
