Unpack it again and watch carefully for what the unpacker says at the end.
It reports any bad files.
I've had problems where a file has not unpacked properly first time and also
when a file has been corrupted in downloading and needs redownloading.
V would not work with the boingbag, and a bad download with a few bad files
was the problem. Cured by re downloading and re installing.
