Is there any way to make this work with Contact Manager? Viewing an email - "Add to addressbook" opens the MDII addressbook and the address appears in it. Then, later, click on the "To" button on the send form opens the addressbook, but there are no addresses in it! I'd prefer MDII to link to CM, so I don't have to reinput all my stored addresses.
