This, and your other query about CM, I think may be related to the way
Vapor apps store where they were last run from in ENV:Vapor/
If I were you, I'd check the CManager__path and Voyager__LASTUSEDIR
files in ENV:Vapor and ENVARC:Vapor to make sure they point at the
right place. If they don't, delete them and run the correct apps
directly from their disk location once to get those files set right.
Personally, I found the OpenURL package to be superior for this kind
of thing. Its in NC3.
