As there was no "spool" button, I had been clicking on "store".
I just tried clicking on "send" instead, & then going online to send,
and it worked.  The offputting thing was that when you're offline &
click on "send" you get an error message.  I'd like it not to display
an error message, but as long as I know there's nothing actually wrong
then I'm happy.
