It's a twit filter. It's supposed to stop people sending list commands,
like unsubscribe, to the list instead of the server. Sometimes these can
be a bit over-zealous and reject genuine posts.
The normal solution is to reformat the text and resend. Look for any
lines that start with a list command, like sub/unsub.
