Hi
I know some of these things may have already been covered but I've
only just got my hands on a copy of NC3 (yeah thats right preordered
from Active no response to emails so after more than 3 months get fed
up waiting order from eyetech who sent it the next day) anyway the
problems I have are:
WEBVISION :just crashes the miggy as soon as it
starts to load I've never had any probs with the unregistered copy .
I've noticed the program file size on the cd is smaller than the demo
version which works I can't find any updates on active or vapor sites
for webvision any ideas
Metal web: works fine but then sometimes will
crash the machine when its closed down.
AMCHAT: I can't get it to
connect I'm using the same uid and server I use with stricq
(icq.mirablis.com). I think I remember someone on this list gave a
server which works
octopuss: I can't bring up the octopuss settings
from the menu bar or hot keys but works fine when run from octopuss
prefs icon in the octopuss directory
Microdot: The download manager
dosn't down load the mail you ask it to instead I often get the one
before or the one after the ones I've selected for down load.
Apart from webvision where I can't find an upgrade I'm using the
latest updates
