No upgrade CD as such, I bought the full version online from Active
last year at a discount upgrade price. (Along with STFax 4 which is
cool)
Unfortunately, it doesn't do a genuine upgrade and only a few programs
seem to import old settings and data (fortunately, MD2 was one of
them! Genesis wasn't *sigh*).
