[netconnect] AmTalk vs. AmChat

Heys,
  Does anyone actually use AmTalk or AmChat? Where is the best place
to go looking for other Amiga ppl using one of the two? (I have both
from ver2+3 of NC) Also, is AmChat a rewrite of AmTalk, like mFTP is
to AmFTP?
