Hi David 
    Make sure the server name is correct it is :- icq.mirabilis.com i don't
think you have to put in the port number.Sorry to be so vague but I just set
it up and it worked first time, but it is so far back I can't remember what
I did :-( Oh yes now I remember I was already registered with STRicq so I put
in my ICQ number so I wasn't registering with AmChat.
