[netconnect] AmCHAT stuff n things

Hey,
  I noticed no manual anywhere in the NC package for AmCHAT, is there
a website with info? Is it only available through NC? And, is there
any single chat window modes? Finally, I have Stricq, but if someone
didn't want to bother with stricq - is there any seqerate icq
registering softs?? (hey, half of the stricq versions do not have a
working register proggy either!)
