If you paid by card then they have to refund you. But if DCE buy's up
Phase5 or buy's up the invoices for a such a product then DCE can make
products and keep the money so to speak.
As it's a small operation I think you would get a refund. After that you
would be able to pre-order from DCE etc. Adminstraters would take a cut
from any sale of ownership etc, which would make the project more expecive
to DCE.
Just rember if payed by cread card and over �100 in UK the card will have to
refund you any losses of that sale. But if a debit card then if you don't
get refund from P5 then you have lost you money. This is only if the
refund can not take place.
