Yeah I tried that too when I was getting disconnections. Funny thing
is, I can stay on line for hours if I'm clicking a lot on www
orhaveing a heavy transfusion sesion from Aminet. But if there is no
data, pinging is not enough to prevent disconnection after approx
5-1/2 minutes.

At both places that the Dynalink had no problem/no problems I have one
ordinary cheapy telco phone and one cordless. Disconnecting both
phones at the place with problem reduced disconnections by 50%.
