I assume you mean cycle gadgets - its something I've noticed a bit, it
only happens when 2+ windows are open.
Use the cycle "handle" to the left of the gadget or tab to it and
press up/down cursors.

... why would you get many copies of the same file in the first place?
Try using the RMB "Download File As..." requester instead of clicking
on them to download, it'll open the file requester earlier.
