Left click on the link to download the file, this will download the
file as you say to the cache as VViewtemp.xx, most useful for
when MIME types are set to automatically run / de-arc the file.
Right click on the link and select "Download file" from the popup
menu to download the file and save it in the specified download
directory. You can also do this by holding shift while left
clicking on the link. Most useful for not running the file
automatically and saving it for later.
Right click on the link and select download file as and you can change
the path and filename before downloading.
