Hi David
In an artical of AA06 there is a section on web security and the
following web address to test your system security.
http://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2
Go there, read all about it and test your system. As for closing
the Ident port I managed it by going to genesis prefs, choosing the
database option. In there you select the access option on the radio
button, you can then Add $ in service, *.*.*.* in the host , then
select deny at the bottom. If you reconnect and check your security
you will find the Ident port closed but another one opens 80/ I
haven't figured out how to close that yet (can't remember the port
name ATM either).
Hope this was some help

Peace
Zanthras
