Test out another free supplier, I'd suggest http://www.cwcom.net (use aweb
on their sign up page) .
This will tell you whether the problem is your end or at the isp.
I've signed up for ontel.net to get the 2p a minute deal but have problems
getting through and connecting while cwcom is fast and fine.
I use miami where you can save out the default configuration under a
different name. you can probably do the same in eneisis or just rename the
file.
(maybe use the free dopus 4.12 just uploaded to aminet :) )
