[netconnect] MD suggestion

Hey,

  I've got a pretty spiffy idea for the next version of MD.. how about
a "feature" allowing the reader to "PageUp" and "PageDown" using the
appropriate keys on the keypad (like a browser).  Not much of a
feature, but it would be nice ;-)
